Vincent H. Dominé 

Founding Partner

Professor Vincent H. Dominé is founding partner of DOMINÉ & PARTNERS. His area of expertise and research is leadership and organizational development with an emphasis on group dynamics. He consults with senior executive teams and boards and delivers leadership development programs to leading organizations. 

Vincent H. Dominé is Adjunct Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. He is also Director of Leadership Development in the INSEAD Global Executive MBA degree in Abu Dhabi, Fontainebleau and Singapore, as well as in the dual degree Executive MBA program offered by INSEAD in cooperation with the Tsinghua University in Beijing. In addition, he regularly contributes to INSEAD's Leading from the Chair and International Directors programs.

Before founding DOMINÉ & PARTNERS, Vincent H. Dominé pursued an international executive career at Credit Suisse. He has further acted as Chairman of a London-based venture backed by large media groups. Following earlier studies in business and banking, he graduated from INSEAD's Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change program. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School Art and Practice of Leadership Development program and of the Tavistock Institute program on Group Dynamics at Board Level. 

He has co-authored several books: The Coaching Kaleidoscope, Exploring Leadership Drivers & Blockers and Dynamics at Board Level. Vincent is founding member and affiliate of the Institute of Coaching as well as a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and is involved in various think tanks on leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation. 

A dual national of Canada and Switzerland, he has lived and worked in North America, Europe and Asia, and speaks fluent English, French, German and Swiss-German.
