Fabio Coluccia is a Partner at DOMINÉ & PARTNERS. His areas of expertise include leadership development and organizational change with a focus on team development. Fabio frequently works with senior leaders and executive teams to increase their individual and collective performance. He is also a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach in numerous programs at INSEAD, such as the MBA, GEMBA, AMP and others.

Addressing development at the intrapersonal, interpersonal and systems levels, Fabio is able to augment his clients' self-awareness and guide them to formulate actionable development plans. His experience with a wide range of organizations – multinational corporations, professional services firms, small and medium-sized enterprises and family businesses across multiple industries – allows him to understand the needs and challenges of senior executives and accompany them and their organizations as they strive for sustainable results.

Fabio is also a Board Member and Strategic Advisor to Grow360 International Pte. Ltd., a globally operating company offering cloud-based services in the field of professional development.

Prior to his current consulting role Fabio gained extensive international corporate experience in the consumer goods industry at leading companies - notably L’Oréal and Nestlé - moving from various marketing and sales functions to general management positions with full P&L responsibility. 

Fabio is an alumnus of the Art and Practice of Leadership Development program at Harvard Kennedy School, USA, and he has completed the INSEAD Coaching Certificate at INSEAD, France. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

Fabio has lived and worked in Western and Eastern Europe and in North America. He speaks fluent English, German, Italian and French.
