Victoria Bouix is a Partner of DOMINÉ & PARTNERS who works with senior executives and their teams to improve agility, resilience and vitality leading to sustainable growth.

With a systemic lens and over 20 years experience in leadership development Victoria enables executive teams to develop healthy dynamics that leverage individual and collective strengths, build on differences and facilitate transformation in multi-cultural, fast-changing environments.

Before founding her own business in 2011 she worked 15 years for global organisations including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and L’Oréal where she held leadership positions on country, European and global level. Across her personal experience as an executive, both as a client-serving management consultant as well as in HR transformation roles, she has become intimately familiar with the ambiguities facing senior leaders and their teams navigating under pressure and in highly complex business environments.

Of Swedish nationality and based in Paris, Victoria has lived and worked across Europe, the US and the Middle East and has experience from a large variety of industries including the legal sector, banking and financial services, aerospace, energy, pharmaceuticals, luxury and manufacturing.

Victoria has a Master’s degree in Clinical Organisational Psychology from HEC, as well as a BA in Psychology and a BSc in Business Administration from State University of New York. She is a 2002 graduate of the INSEAD Coaching and Consulting for Change programme and has served as an executive coach for INSEAD Executive Education for the past ten years in programmes such as the Global Executive MBA, the Advanced Leadership Programmme and the International Directors Programme.

After completing her executive coaching training at the Tavistock & Portman Institute she holds her coaching certification through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). A member of The International Society for the Psychological Study of Organisations, ICF, EAWOP and the Association for Coaching she is engaged in regular individual and group supervision.
